(top from bottom: Dominant hand right-side up, non-dominant hand, dominant hand upside- down)
Today I tried handwriting my full name (Adam Ginther) in three different ways; the normal way with my right hand, with my left hand, and upside down. After not handwriting for years, This had made me realize how much more useful my right hand is over my left hand. I wrote upside down with my right hand way better than I did with my left hand upside down. It felt really frustrating not being able to write properly with my left hand, but the result was pretty funny. It was also a lot faster to write with my right hand right-side up rather than my left hand or upside-down. It took a lot more time because I had to consider a lot more things, I had to make sure I didn't write outside of the lines and that my lines looked straight. This exercise took me back to the days that I was in kindergarten and had to make sure I wouldn't colour outside of the line in my colouring book. Just like kindergarten, it would take a lot of practice to become perfect. I think that it would take me countless hours just for me to master staying in the lines and drawing straight, and even after that my handwriting with my left hand would still be far from perfect.
