Horizontal Business Card Critique

Business Card 1

• The paragraph is too long to read
• The title should be bigger
• The colour scheme looks nice
• The paragraph should be moved up and be left aligned
• The blue border should be bigger so it can contrast with the rest of the background better
• The text in the paragraph should be the same as it is in the title
• "Sonoma County Wine Country" should stand out more

Business Card 2

• The white space on the bottom right corner of the business card sticks out too much, it should have the same background as the rest of the card
• The text is too close to the left border and should be aligned to the right of the card
• The title should either be a lot farther away or a lot close o the rest of the text
• "Air Control" seems unnecessary

Business Card 3

• "www.webster.edu" shouldn't be indented
• "John Doe" should be indented less
• The business card was kept very simple
• It should use more contrast to highlight the more important information

Business Card 4

• "VISTA" shouldn't stand out or be removed because it is irrelevant
• "Jane Smith" and "Executive Photographer" should be closer or farther than the rest of the text
• The text could be aligned and leave more space for more pictures

Business Card 5

• The border attracts too much attention
• "Your Name" could be closer to the rest of the info
• "Your Name" could be bolded
• "Aspen Reality" should be moved closer to the top of the card
• The border shouldn't have curves

Business Card 6

• "Your Name" is hard to read
• the background stands out from the text too much
• Most of the text should be closer together
• The whole background should have a consistent opacity
• There is nothing on the right side of the business card other than the background
