What Makes Me Unique

Hobbies: My hobbies consist of mainly computers, theatre, watching and creating movies, and gaming. I value this school year very much over other years because with the Info Tech co-op, Theatre Company, and being the Career Centre host I get to consistently be doing three of those hobbies.

Religion: I am an open-minded atheist.

Sports: I don’t play any sports, but I love dodge ball. Although I don't enjoy playing any sports I do enjoy watching hockey, specifically Canucks games. I enjoy watching Canucks games because I get to celebrate the anticipation and celebration with my peers, whether the Canucks win or lose there is never a dull moment while watching a Canucks game.

Languages: The only language I can speak is English because I really don’t like learning second languages, but I hope at by the end of this semester I will have attained a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Personal and Career Dreams and Goals: The ideal career for me would be either a Web Designer or a Visual Effects Artist. My goal is to find out which one to make my priority from taking this co-op as I will gain a better understanding of website design as well as animation. I will probably a web designer or a special effects artist by enrolling in Capilano’s “Interactive Design” program or their “Digital Visual Effects” program.

What did I do over the summer: This summer, most of my time was spent hanging out with my friends or sitting on my laptop until my laptop had broken. I had to survive a month without my laptop until I could afford a new one, and it was awful. It was worth it though because I have a better, newer laptop now that is much more reliable. I went to Whistler from September 1 – 5 and did a lot of things there that ended up leading to a much better summer experience. I had a very great end to an overall boring summer.
